Mirum is considered one of the great wines of Spain, not just Ribera del Duero, and is the pride of Valdaya. Produced in very limited quantities, Mirum is made from carefully selected, hand-harvested old bush-vine Tempranillo grapes matured in French oak for 15 months. To the nose, Mirum offers intense fruit aromas, violet and liquorice notes, perfectly integrated alongside a backdrop of toasty, smoky oak.
